Mindfulness Through Meditation

Join us for a meditation relaxation class. We will be practicing various meditation styles which will include walking, sitting, laying - all with the intention of building mindfulness.. We invite you along for the journey into self-discovery. Your class will be taught by Joan Hallberg Mayer. She is currently studying to become a certified Aroma Therapist and she is a Reiki Master Teacher Trainer/Certified Sound Therapist/Group Fitness Instructor/Senior Fitness Instructor/Beginner Yoga Instructor. Drop in - No Registration necessary.

"With Six You Get Eggroll"
